4. Products & Pricing

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate. However, we cannot guarantee that all information is free of errors. Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes where required. We reserve the right to update product prices, descriptions, and availability without prior notice.

5. Orders & Payments

  • We accept major credit cards and PayPal as payment methods.

  • By providing your payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method.

  • Your order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

  • All transactions are securely processed by Shopify and its payment partners.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently offer free standard shipping.

  • Delivery times typically range from 3 to 9 business days, depending on the destination.

  • Delays due to customs, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances may occur. Bellary is not liable for delays outside our control.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags.

  • Returns must be initiated by contacting us at contact@bellarywear.com.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

  • Customized or personalized products are not eligible for returns.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, designs, logos, and product descriptions, is the intellectual property of Bellary or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written consent from Bellary.

Our total liability to you for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

  • United Kingdom (where we operate commercially).

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Porto Alegre, Brazil, or London, UK, depending on the consumer’s location.
